) - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.1. Unclip the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and move aside the coolant reservoir (1b).

1. Undo the connector and disconnect the inlet hose to the vibration damper on the damper side.2. Undo the connector and disconnect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side.3. Undo the connector on the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder on the master cylinder, and remove the pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder (1a) and connect it to the master cylinder, tightening the connector (1b) to the specified torque.

2. Connect the rigid pipe from damper to master cylinder, damper side, and tighten its connector to the specified torque.

3. Connect the inlet pipe to the vibration damper, damper side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

Refit the coolant reservoir and secure it with its bolt.Secure the coolant outlet pipe from the reservoir to its clip. - 1820B08 Clutch release HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Bleeding air and restoring level . - 7040D14 engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).
