Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Draw off the fluid from the power assisted steering reservoir using a suitable syringe. - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side).  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side).  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the bolts securing the radiator support beam to the bumper.
1. Use a suitable shim to move away the lower edge of the bumpers.2. Undo the connector and disconnect the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger side.
1. Release the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir from the fixing on the power unit mounting chassis.
1. Undo the nuts (1a) and release the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir (1b) from the mounting brackets (1c).
1. Disconnect the flexible pipe, side of return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir.2. Remove the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir.
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit in its seating the return pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering fluid reservoir.Connect the flexible pipe, side of return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir.Fix the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir with the mounting brackets and tighten the nuts.Fix the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir with the band on the power unit mounting chassis.Connect the return pipe from heat exchanger to power steering fluid reservoir, heat exchanger side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.Remove the shim used to move away the lower edge of the bumpers.Tighten the bolts retaining the bumpers to the radiator support beam. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side).  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side). Fill the power steering circuit with the recommended fluid.
