3314656 - 4130B96 return pipe between rigid pipes duplex from heat exchanger to intermediate pipe for power steering fluid resevior

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Draw off the fluid from the power assisted steering reservoir using a suitable syringe. Proceed with the removal  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side). Proceed with the removal  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side). Proceed with the removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Disconnect and remove the return pipe between the rigid pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering reservoir rigid intermediate pipe.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place in its seating and connect the rubber return pipe between the rigid pipe from the heat exchanger to the power steering reservoir rigid intermediate pipe. Proceed with the refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side). Proceed with the refitting  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side). Fill the power steering circuit with the recommended fluid.

Bleed the power steerign system as described below.With the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off, carry out 4-5 complete steering wheel rotation cycles (left and right).Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir.Remove the car from the ramp.Start the engine and carry out 4 - 5 full steering wheel turn cycles (right and left).Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.
