3314658 - 4130B99 Power assisted steering fluid RADIATOR mounting BRACKET - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Draw off the fluid from the power assisted steering reservoir using a suitable syringe. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r1. Disconnect the rubber pipe from the rigid pipe to the heat exchanger, rigid pipe side.
1. Undo the bolts securing the radiator support beam to the bumper.
1. Undo the attachment and disconnect the rubber pipe from the rigid pipe to the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.
1. Undo the nut (1a) and remove the bracket (1b) securing the power steering pipes.2. Remove the rubber pipe from the rigid pipes to the heat exchanger.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the rubber pipe from the rigid pipes to the heat exchanger back in its housing and secure using the brackets and nuts.Connect the rubber pipe from the rigid pipes to the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side and tighten the fitting to the specified torque.Tighten the bolts retaining the bumpers to the radiator support beam.Connect the supply pipe from the rigid pipe to the heat exchanger, rigid pipe side. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r rFill the power steering circuit with the recommended fluid.

Bleed the power steerign system as described below.With the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off, carry out 4-5 complete steering wheel rotation cycles (left and right).Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir.Remove the car from the ramp.Start the engine and carry out 4 - 5 full steering wheel turn cycles (right and left).Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.
