Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right).  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right).  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right).  - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right).  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r .  - 1092A12  crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner .  - 4130B10  power steering fluid resevoir r r .  - 1092G14  engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r .  - 1032D12  timing system protective cover(s) - r + r .  - 1032B14  toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement versions with air conditioner .  - 1032C32  fixed timing system tensioner (one) r + r .  - 1032B59  rh head toothed drive pulley - r r for versions with air conditioner .  - 1008C14  engine link bracket - r r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the right cylinder head camshaft caps (1b).2. Remove the right cylinder head camshafts complete with front oil seals.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the camshafts on the right cylinder head.Fit the camshaft caps and fix them tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

1. Fit the front oil seals (1a) of the right cylinder head camshafts using the tool (1b).
