Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Undo the bolt and remove the front bumper mounting bracket to allow the power unit supporting tools to be correctly positioned.1. Fit the engine mounting bracket (1a) on the left cylinder head and fix it using the bolt (1b).2. Fit the safety tools (2a), (2b) and (2c) for supporting the power unit.

3. Connect the rod for the tools to the mounting bracket fitted previously and tension it.  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame. 1. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the nuts fixing the air conditioner compressor to the timing side rigid engine support.2. Undo the bolt fixing the power assisted steering pump mounting bracket to the timing side rigid engine support. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air conditioner compressor electromagnet.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil level sensor.

Raise the power unit using the rod for the supporting tools until the timing side rigid engine support is released from the flexible mounting.Remove the fixing bolts, move the air conditioning compressor to the side and fix it, as appropriate.1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the timing side rigid engine support (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the timing side rigid engine support (1a) and fix it tightening the nuts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Place the air conditioner compressor back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Place the power unit back in its housing using the supporting tools.Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil level sensor.Connect the electical connection for the air conditioning compressor electromagnet.1. Tighten the bolt fixing the power-assisted steering mounting bracket to the timing side rigid engine support to the specified torque.

2. Tighten the nuts on the bolts securing the air conditioner compressor to the timing side rigid engine support to the specified torque.

1. Tighten the nut securing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the bolts fixing the gearbox side support flexible mounting to the front suspension frame to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nut securing timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

Undo the bolt and remove the engine mounting bracket from the left cylinder head.Fit the front bumper mounting bracket and fix it using the bolt. - 1092G10  single engine belt r r .  - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r .  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r .  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right) Connect the battery terminal (-).Remove the car from the ramp.
