3314610 - 3350E42 rigid pipe from brake clutch fluid resevior to preloading punp and hydraulic vehicle direction control system r r

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Ensure that the ignition key is in stop position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (  - 5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with the removal  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Drain the brake fluid using a suitable syringe.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the precharging pump and move the wiring aside.

2. Remove protective cover (2a) and disconnect front engine joint (2b).

1. Undo fitting (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fluid reservoir to precharging pump (1b).2. Release the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fliud reservoir to precharging pump from the retaining collar. Proceed with removal  - 1088B12  engine coolant reservoir mount - r r . 1. Release the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fliud reservoir to precharging pump from the retaining collar.2. Disconnect the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fluid reservoir to recharging pump and remove. Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fluid reservoir to precharging pump and connect to the reservoir end.Secure the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fluid reservoir to precharging pump with the collar. Proceed with the removal  - 1088B12  engine coolant reservoir mount - r r . Connect the rigid pipe from brake - clutch fluid reservoir to precharging pump, precharging pump end, and tighten the fitting to the specified torque.

Connect the front engine joint, then refit the protective cover.Refit the electrical wiring and connect the electrical connection from the precharging pump.Bleed the air from the brake/vehicle stability control hydraulic system (procedure due to be published shortly). Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
