Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (left).  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. .  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right).  - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. (right).  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .  - 1076B52  exhaust pipe (one) leaving l/h or r/h exhaust manifold - r + r (right and left).  - 2710A31  intermediate drive shaft - r r .  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r .  - 1092G20  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - one - r + r (both).  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r .  - 1008A44  rear rigid mount - r r .  - 1020A20  crank case oil sump - r + r clean seals for sealant application . 1. Fit the crankshaft lock.

2. Undo the bolt fixing the chain drive to the engine oil pump. 1. Release the chain drive (1a) from the engine oil pump using the tool (1b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine oil pump (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the oil pump and fix it tightening the bolts to the specified torque.

Place the chain drive back in its housing on the oil pump and fix it tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.

Remove the crankshaft lock.
