3314576 - 3330B27 clutch pedal - r r for rhd versions

Remove the driver side carpet.1. Undo the bolts (1a), remove the pin (1b) and remove the driver-side under facia lining (1c). 1. Release the clutch pedal switch from its housing.2. Remove pin (2a) and remove clutch pedal rod (2b) complete with spring (2c). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the steering column (1b) from the power assisted steering box pinion.

The bolt is pretreated and cannot therefore be refitted.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the clutch pedal (1b) complete anti-friction washers. 1. Place the clutch pedal (1a) complete with anti-friction washer(1b), back in its housing and fix it tightening the nuts (1c) to the recommended torque. 1. Connect the steering column (1a) to the steering box pinion with a new bolt (1b) and tighten to the specified torque.

Refit the clutch pedal rod, complete with spring and bush, in its seating and secure with the clip.Refit the clutch pedal switch.Place the driver side under-facia wiring back in its seat then secure with the bolts and plastic pin.Put the driver side floor carpet back in place.
