3314038 - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right)  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the right front driveshaft (1b) from the intermediate driveshaft.

The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.

2. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting.  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the bolts fixing the engine outlet exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter.  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel temperature sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure regulator.

1. Undo the upper nut (1a) fixing the pressure pump and fix it using a suitable engine lifting bracket (1b).2. Fit the safety tools (2a) and (2b) for supporting the power unit and connect the rod to the bracket fitted previously.

3. Act on the rod and raise the power unit, as necessary. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the flexible mounting for the power unit front support (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the flexible mounting for the power unit front support (1a) and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Act on the rod and lower the power unit.2. Remove the safety tools (2a) and (2b) for supporting the power unit.

3. Remove the engine lifting bracket.4. Tighten the upper nut fixing the pressure pump to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the fuel pressure regulator.Connect the electrical connection to the fuel temperature sensor. - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r .  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . Tighten the bolts fixing the engine outlet exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter to the recommended torque.

 - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Tighten the nut securing timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nut securing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

2. Place the right front driveshaft (2a) in its housing and fix it to the intermediate driveshaft tightening the bolts (2b) to the recommended torque.

The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.

 - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right).  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (right)  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
