3314039 - 1008B20 power unit intermediate mount flexible block - replace (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left)  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left).  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right) 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and disconnect the right front half shaft (1b) from the intermediate half shaft.
The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.
2. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting.
1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid engine support to the flexible mounting.
 - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the bolts fixing the engine outlet exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter.
 - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r .  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel temperature sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure regulator.

1. Undo the upper nut (1a) fixing the pressure pump and fix it using a suitable engine lifting bracket (1b).2. Fit the safety tools (2a) and (2b) for supporting the power unit and connect the rod to the bracket fitted previously.

3. Act on the rod and raise the power unit, as necessary.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (1a) and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Place the right front driveshaft (2a) in its housing and fix it to the intermediate driveshaft tightening the bolts (2b) to the recommended torque.
The above bolts have been treated with an eslok type material therefore they should be replaced each time they are removed.
