) Position the vehicle on the lift.1. Undo the nut fixing the rigid support to the exhaust pipe.

1. Position a hydraulic jack under the catalytic converter.2. Release the catalytic converter from the flexible mountings.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe attached to the manifold.2. Tighten the bolts fixing the catalytic converter to the intermediate exhaust silencer.3. Remove the catalytic converter.4. Remove the seals.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the catalytic converter (1a), complete with seals (1b), and fix it tighten the bolts (1c) and (1d) to the recommended torque.

Fix the catalytic converter to the flexible mountings.Remove the hydraulic jack from under the catalytic converter.Tighten the nut fixing the rigid support to the exhaust pipe.Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
