3314278 - 1080D34 engine oil vapour separator - r + r (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Disconnect the air inlet hose from the air chamber.2. Disconnect the vapour supply pipe to the inlet from the engine oil vapour separator.3. Disconnect the oil recovery pipe (3a) and the oil vapour return pipe from the cylinder block/crankcase (3b) from the engine oil vapour separator.4. Undo the nuts (4a) and remove the engine oil vapour separator (4b) and the bracket (4c). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the engine oil vapour separator and bracket, then fix them using the nuts.Connect the oil vapour return pipe from the cylinder block/crankcase to the engine oil vapour separator.Connect the oil recovery pipe to the engine oil vapour separator.Connect the vapour supply pipe to the inlet to the engine oil vapour separator.Connect the air inlet hose to the air chamber.
