Undo the lower bolt for the engine oil dipstick.2. Undo the top bolt (2a) and remove the pipe complete with engine oil dipstick (2b).

1. Release the electrical wiring (1a) from the securing bands (1b).2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the electrical wiring mounting bracket (2b).

1. Undo the bolts securing the pressure pump mounting to the air chamber.2. Undo the bolts securing the pressure pump mounting to the cylinder block.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the power steering pump drive pulley (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) securing the power steering pump (2b) to the pressure pump mounting and move it back.

1. Remove the pressure pump mounting.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the pressure pump mounting back in its seat.1. Place the power steering pump (1a) back in its seat and fix it to the pressure pump mounting, tightening the bolts (1b) to the specified torque.

2. Fit the power steering pump drive pulley (2a) and tighten its bolts (2b) to the specified torque.

1. Tighten the bolts securing the pressure pump mounting to the cylinder block to the specified torque.

2. Tighten the bolts securing the pressure pump mounting to the air chamber to the specified torque.
