Undo the connector for the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, manifold side, using a suitable spanner2. 3. Remove the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Fit a new high pressure pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold upon reassembly.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit a new pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold and fix it using the connectors without tightening them.2. Tighten the connector for the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, pump side, to the recommended torque using a suitable spanner.

The tightening torque figure in the table is the nominal value; therefore the correct value must be calculated according to the length of spanner N. 1.870.671.000.
