Removing ( Refitting ) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel temperature sensor.

Disconnect the following from the fuel return manifold pipe:

• the fuel return pipe for lubricating the injectors (2a),
• the fuel return pipe from the pressure pump (2b),
• the fuel return pipe to the tank (2c),
• the fuel return pipe from the filter (2d).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the fuel return manifold pipe (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the fuel return manifold pipe and fix it using the bolts.

Connect the following to the fuel return manifold pipe:

• the fuel return pipe from the filter,
• the fuel return pipe to the tank,
• the fuel return pipe from the pressure pump,
• the fuel return pipe for lubricating the injectors.

Connect the electrical connection to the fuel temperature sensor.Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
