) - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right). - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . 1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the E.G.R. valve.2. Undo the nuts (2a) and disconnect the exhaust gas supply pipe (2b) from the air chamber.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the protection (3b).4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the E.G.R. valve (4b), complete with exhaust gas supply pipe (4c) to the air chamber.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the E.G.R. valve, complete with exhaust gas supply pipe to the air chamber, and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Fit the protection and bolt in place.Connect the exhaust gas supply pipe and fix it to the air chamber using the nuts.Connect the vacuum pipe to the E.G.R. valve. - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right).
