) Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the E.G.R. valve.

2. Disconnect the vacuum pipes from the E.G.R. valve.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the E.G.R. valve (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the E.G.R. valve and fix it using the nuts.Connect the vacuum pipes to the E.G.R. valve.Connect the electrical connection to the E.G.R. valve.Connect the battery terminal (-).
