3314466 - 1820B21 (Pump) - MASTER CYLINER R.R. for right hand drive versions

Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.Remove the driver side carpet.1. Undo bolts (1a), remove plastic pin (1b) and remove the under-facia lining driver side (1c).
Undo the nut and open the fuse access flap. 1. Undo bolt (1a) retaining cable link (1b), then remove the fuse access flap (1c).
1. Undo bolt (1a) and remove the integrated multiservice control unit (1b) after disconnecting electrical connections (1c).

2. Undo the bolt (2a) and move the junction unit (2b).
1. Cut the band retaining the master cylinder cover and remove after releasing the pipe and electric wiring from the same bands.2. Disconnect the hose from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.3. Disconnect the rigid delivery pipe from the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.
1. Remove clip (1a) and take out pin (1b) connecting the master cylinder to the pedal.2. Undo nuts (2a) and remove the clutch master cylinder (2b).
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the clutch master cylinder (1a) back in its housing and fix it tightening the nuts (1b) to the recommended torque.2. Fit the master cylinder connection pin to the pedal and secure with the clip.
1. Connect the rigid delivery pipe to the master cylinder, master cylinder side, and tighten the connector to the specified torque.2. Connect the hose from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.3. Fit the master cylinder cover back in its seating and secure it with the bands.4. Connect the electrical connection and the pipe to the bands on the cover.
Refit the junction unit in its seating and secure with its bolt.Connect the electrical connections to the integrated multiservices unit, then refit it in its seating and secure with its bolt.Place the fuse access cover back in its housing then secure the rod with the bolt.Close the fuse access flap and secure with the nut.Place the driver side under-facia wiring back in its seat then secure with the bolts and plastic pin.Put the driver side floor carpet back in place. - 1820B08  Clutch release HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Bleeding air and restoring level
