Secure and support the engine for hoisting using a hydraulic hoist fitted with suitable chains.1. Rotate the moving tensioner (1a) using the tool (1b), then insert the tool (1c).

2. Remove the plug for the single drive belt cam tensioner.3. Loosen the bolt (3a) for the single drive belt cam tensioner, then remove the single drive belt (3b).

1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the alternator.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil level sensor.

4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the alternator (4b).5. Undo the bolts (5a) and remove the rigid rear support for the power unit (5b).6. Undo the bolts (6a) and remove the complete engine oil dipstick (6b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the air conditioning compressor (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the timing side rigid engine support (2b), complete with single drive belt cam tensioner (2c) and flexible mounting (2d).

1. Fit the engine on the overhauling stand using the brackets.

Release the engine from the hoist.

Secure and support the engine for hoisting using a hydraulic hoist fitted with suitable chains.Undo the fixings and remove the engine complete with mounting brackets.Undo the fixings and remove the mounting brackets from the engine and put them down.

1. Fit the timing side rigid engine support (1a) complete with single drive belt cam tensioner (1b) and flexible mounting (1c), then fix it tightening the bolts (1d) to the recommended torque.

2. Fit the air conditioning compressor (2a) and fix it tightening the bolts (2b) to the recommended torque.

Fit the complete engine oil dipstick and fix it using the bolts.Fit the rigid rear support for the power unit and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Fit the alternator and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil level sensor.Connect the electrical connection for the insufficient engine oil pressure switch.Connect the electrical connections to the alternator.Fit the single drive belt.1. Rotate the single drive belt cam tensioner (1a) using the tool (1b) until the tool (1c) comes out, then tighten the bolt (1d) to the recommended torque.

Fit the single drive belt cam tensioner plug.Release the engine from the hoist.
