3315427 - 1060B Check low pressure fuel circuit

Connect the pressure transducer of the Examiner/SDC diagnostic instrument between the diesel filter (1a) and the pressure pump (1b).Turn the ignition on.Check that, within 30 seconds, the pressure gauge's reading is below 1.8-3.0 bar.

The pump in the tank stops after 30 seconds.

Make sure that the cocks and adjustment screws next to the pressure gauge are open (except those on pipes not connected to the system).
