Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Make sure that the ignition is OFF (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

Collect the coolant in a suitable container.
1. Disconnect the remove the upper coolant inlet hose to the radiator.2. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the E.G.R. valve.
1. Disconnect the connections from the engine radiator fan resistances (1a) and (1b).

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air conditioning system multi-stage pressure switch.

5. Release the electrical wiring from the securing bands and move it.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the fans with the single cooling duct (1b).
 - 7055A43  central front grille - r r . 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and move the bonnet lid lock (1b).2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the upper radiator crossmember (2b).
1. Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the water pump rigid inlet pipe.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine cooling radiator (1b) complete with lower hose (1c).2. Recover the bracket.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

2. Undo the bolt fixing the air filter casing mounting bracket.
1. Disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe from the turbocharger air inlet hose.2. Disconnect the air inlet hose from the turbocharger.
1. Remove the air filter complete with hoses and resonators.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the compressor to the condenser for the air conditioner (1b), compressor side.2. Undo the bolt (2a) and disconnect the pipe from the drier filter to the compressor (2b), compressor side.3. Undo the bolt fixing the pipe from the compressor to the air conditioning condenser.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the heat exchanger air duct (1b).
1. Disconnect the supercharging hose from the turbocharger to the heat exchanger, turbocharger side.2. Remove the air/air heat exchanger complete with hose.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the condenser to the drier filter (1b), filter side.
1. Remove the air conditioning condenser complete with pipes.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

1. Undo the nuts (1a) and disconnect the steering box track rods (1b) from the front hub vertical links using tool (1c).

1. Release the front flexible brake pipes and the brake pad wear cables from the brackets.2. Remove the plugs (2a), undo the bolts (2b), remove the spring (2c) and move the front disc brake calipers (2d), complete with pads, aside.
Suitably fix the front disc brake calipers so that they do not hinder future operations.
1. Undo the bolts fixing the front shock absorber forks to the lower track control arms.2. Position a hydraulic jack under the front wheel steering knuckles.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and disconnect the upper front track control arms from the front steering knuckles using the tool (3b).

Fit the brackets (1a) and the spacers (1b), then tighten the rear bolts (1c) fixing the front suspension frame to the bodyshell to the recommended torque.
