) 1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the E.G.R. valve.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and move the E.G.R. valve vacuum pipe (2b).3. Undo the bolt fixing the protective timing cover to the tappet cover.4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the tappet cover (4b), complete with seal.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the tappet cover, complete with a new seal, and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Tighten the bolt fixing the protective timing cover to the tappet cover.Place the E.G.R. valve vacuum pipe back in its housing and tighten it using the bolts.Connect the vacuum pipe to the E.G.R. valve.
