3314569 - 3330A14 HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM - Bleed air

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). 1. Connect the equipment to the brake fluid reservoir.2. Remove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve.3. Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.4. Open the bleed valve on the brake caliper.5. Slowly open the fluid reservoir cock.Wait until all the air contained in the hydraulic system has emerged.Close the brake caliper bleed valve.Repeat the above operations for the other brake calipers. Refitting ( Removing ) Remove the collection system.Remove the equipment. - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
