Follow the safety instructions (See 5040A - WARNINGS)

Removing ( Refitting ) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling .  - 5050B34  windscreen wiper arm/s complete with blade - r+r .  - 5050B38  windscreen wiper assembly - r+r or repair .  - 7055A18  Windscreen base TRIM - R.R. .  - 5010B21  climate control unit compartment - r r .  - 5040C10  air conditioner box - r+r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the mixed air flap actuator (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the mixed air flap actuator and fix it using the bolts.

Check the actuator timing with the mixture flap ring nut.

 - 5040C10  air conditioner box - r+r .  - 5010B21  climate control unit compartment - r r .  - 7055A18  Windscreen base TRIM - R.R. .  - 5050B38  windscreen wiper assembly - r+r or repair .  - 5050B34  windscreen wiper arm/s complete with blade - r+r .  - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
