3314106 - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op.   5530B10  battery - r+r ).

 - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 1048B22  air delivery sleeve from heat exchanger to intake manifold - r + r .  - 1048A42  sleeve from flow meter to turbo charger air inlet pipe - r + r . 1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the air filter mounting bracket (2b).3. Remove the collar fixing the air inlet pipe to the turbocharger and the air filter casing.
 - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). 1. Disconnect the complete air filter from the cold air intake and remove it.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the complete air filter back in its housing and connect it to the cold air intake. - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Fit the collar fixing the turbocharger air inlet pipe to the air filter casing.Fit the air filter mounting bracket and fix it using the bolts.Connect the electrical connection to the air flow meter. - 1048A42  sleeve from flow meter to turbo charger air inlet pipe - r + r .  - 1048B22  air delivery sleeve from heat exchanger to intake manifold - r + r .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
