3315429 - 1060D Check high pressure fuel circuit

Disconnect the electrical connections from all the fuel injectors.Disconnect the fuel recirculation pipes from all the fuel injectors.

Block the pipe so that no fuel can come out during the test.

Connect the Examiner/SDC diagnostic instrument.Display the 'measure diesel pressure and engine rpm' parameter on the parameters screen of the Control Unit Test.Turn the ignition key to the start position for 5 seconds and check that the fuel pressure is over 150 bar with engine rpm over 200 rpm.
