Removing ( Refitting ) - 7045A10 l/h or r/h front seat (one) - r+r - 7045A25 squab lumbar knob - r r - 7045A98 front seat rear pouch panel, lh or rh - r r 1. Remove fasteners (1a) from the lower area of squab trim (1b) and move aside.2. Pull away plastic sections (2a) of the seat squab side trim and take out underlying padding (2b).3. Use a drill and appropriate helical bit to remove the device retaining rivets.4. Disconnect the cable from its anchorage points on the chassis.5. Remove the lumbar adjustment device from the seat.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check the device components are undamaged.Fit the cable and connect it to the anchorage points on the chassis.1. Use a riveting machine (1a) to secure the adjustment device to the chassis using new rivets (1b).
Check it is working properly by fitting the operating handle temporarily.Remove the handle and refit the padding and side trim.Fit the lower trim and secure with new fasteners using the appropriate tool.
