) Position the vehicle on the ramp Proceed with the removal - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right side). Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the drain plug in the radiator and drain the engine coolant.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

1. Disconnect the lower coolant inlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.2. Disconnect the lower coolant oulet hose from the radiator, water pump rigid inlet pipe side and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the radiator lower coolant oulet hose back in its housing, connect it and tighten the bands. Refill the engine cooling system with coolant - 0010T20 coolant change . Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the refitting - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right side). Remove the car from the ramps.
