Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp Proceed with removal - 4450B04 right front wheel r r . Proceed with the removal  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (Right side). 1. Use the tool (1a) on the moving tensioner (1b), then insert the tool (1c) in the opening in the moving tensioner.

2. Remove the protective plug for the single drive belt cam tensioner.3. Loosen the engine component single drive belt tensioner fixing bolts.4. Remove the engine components single drive belt.
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the single drive belt.
Do not allow oil or solvents to come into contact with the belt, as these could affect the flexibility of the rubber, resulting in reduced grip. Also check that there are no cracks or cuts on the belt, otherwise it will have to be replaced.
1. Rotate the single drive belt cam tensioner (1a) using the tool (1b) until the tool (1c) comes out easily, then tighten cam tensioner fixing bolt (1d) to the recommended torque.
