3314636 - 4130B10 power steering fluid resevoir r r (Automatic transmission)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with the removal  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the bulkhead protection on the left side.2. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir and drain the fluid using a suitable syringe.
Proceed with removal  - 1088B12  engine coolant reservoir mount - r r . Proceed with the removal  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side). Proceed with the removal  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side). 1. Release the power steering pipes from the clip securing them to the engine compartment wall.2. Disconnect the return pipe to the pwoer steering reservoir, rigid pipes side.3. Disconnecct the pump feed hose, rigid pipes side.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and raise the power steering fluid reservoir (1b) as much as necessary.2. Disconnect the hoses and remove the steering fluid reservoir.
Refitting ( Removing ) Connect the hoses to the reservoir, then fit it in its seating and secure with its bolts.Connect the pump feed hose, rigid pipes side.Connect the return pipe to the power steering fluid reservoir, rigid pipes side.Secure the power steering pipes to the retaining clip on the engine compartment wall. Proceed with the refitting  - 7055B41  front supplementary wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, rear element r r (Left side). Proceed with the refitting  - 4450B10  Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (Left side). Proceed with refitting  - 1088B12  engine coolant reservoir mount - r r . Fit the bulkhead protection on the left side and secure it with its bolt. Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Connect the negative (-) battery terminalFill the power steering circuit with the recommended fluid.

Bleed the power steering system as described belowWith the front wheels raised off the ground, with the engine switched off turn the steering wheel to full lock, left and right, 4-5 times. Check and, if necessary, top up the fluid level in the reservoir. Remove the car from the ramps.Start the engine and carry out 4 - 5 full steering wheel turn cycles (right and left). Top up the fluid level in the reservoir.
