) Make sure that the ignition is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal (refer to op. 5530B10 battery - r+r ).

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and loosen the bolt (2b) for the recirculation/intake air flap actuator using the tools (2c) and (2d).

3. Disconnect the linkage (3a), rotate the recirculation/intake air flap actuator (3b), completely undo the remaining bolt and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the air intake/recirculation flap actuator and fix it using the rear bolt without tightening it.Rotate the recirculation/intake air flap actuator, connect the rod to the flap and fix it with the bolts using the tools
