) Position the vehicle on the ramp. Proceed with the removal - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with removal - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a), loosen the collar (1b) and remove the exhaust gas recirculation pipe (1c).2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (2b), turbocharger side.

Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . 1. Undo the connector (1a), disconnect the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (1b), engine block side, and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Place the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (1a) back in its housing, connect it to the engine block and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . 1. Connect the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (1a), turbocharger side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Refit the exhaust gas recirculation pipe in its seating (2a) and secure it with the collar (2b) and bolts (2c).

Proceed with refitting - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Remove the car from the ramps.
