) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with removal - 7040A12 removable box on facia - arrange (Left side). Proceed with removal - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . 1. Disconnect the vacuum pipes from the solenoid valve for the turbocharger vanes actuator. 2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the turbocharger vane actuator solenoid.

3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the turbocharger vane position actuator solenoid valve (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the turbocharger vane actuator solenoid back in its housing and fix it using the nuts. Connect the electrical connection to the turbocharger vane actuator solenoid. Connect the vacuum pipes to the solenoid valve for the turbocharger vanes actuator. Proceed with refitting - 7040D30 engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting - 7040A12 removable box on facia - arrange (Left side). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
