Position the vehicle on the ramp1. Remove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve. 2. Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper. 3. Open the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Operate the brake pedal until all the fluid has come out. Repeat the above operations for the other brake calipers. Proceed with removal  Refer to op.. 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with the removal  Refer to op.. 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with removal  Refer to op.. 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with removal  Refer to op.. 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side Proceed with refitting  Refer to op.. 1048B22  air delivery sleeve from heat exchanger to intake manifold - r + r . 1. Remove protective cap (1a) and connect recovery device (1b) to the bleed valve on the hydraulic clutch control actuator. 2. Lift the retaining clip (2a) and withdraw the bleed device (2b) as much as necessary.Let the hydraulic clutch system drain completely. 1. Connect the tool to the brake-clutch fluid reservoir.

2. Slowly open the cock on the reservoir of the device and fill the brake-clutch systems with the specified fluid.

Wait until the air contained in the hydraulic brake-clutch systems has fully emerged. Close the bleed valves on the brake calipers and fit the protective caps. Refit the bleed device in its seating, secure it with the retaining clip and refit the protective cap.Remove the fluid collection devices.Remove the equipment.

Proceed with the refitting  Refer to op.. 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left side). Proceed with refitting  Refer to op.. 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting  Refer to op.. 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with refitting  Refer to op.. 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Remove the car from the ramps.Check the efficiency of clutch release, gear engagement and the braking system.
