Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right sides). Proceed with removal  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the removal  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right sides). Proceed with removal  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge . Proceed with removal  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . Proceed with removal  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . Proceed with removal - 4450B04 right front wheel r r . Proceed with the removal  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (Right side). Proceed with removal  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r . Proceed with removal  - 1092G40  cam belt tensioner - r r . 1. Undo the nut fixing the rear power unit rigid support to the flexible mounting.2. Loosen the band fastening the right driveshaft boot to the intermediate driveshaft. 1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the right upper track control arm (1b) from the front hub steering knuckle using tool (1c).

Disconnect the right driveshaft from the intermediate driveshaft.1. Undo the nut fixing the power unit timing side rigid support to the flexible mounting. Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1076B70  exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r . Proceed with removal - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the expansion valve to the compressor (1b), compressor side.2. Undo the bolt (2a) and disconnect the pipe from the air conditioning compressor to the condenser (2b), compressor side.

Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air conditioning compressor electromagnet coupling.

2. Undo the upper bolt fixing the air conditioning compressor. 1. Undo the nuts (1a) and disconnect the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes (1b) from the oil filter mounting.

Collect the engine oil which comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the bracket (1b) fixing the engine oil supply and return pipes to the cooling radiator. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine oil cooling radiator (1b) complete with pipes (1c). 1. Undo the lower air conditioning compressor fixing bolts.2. Remove the air conditioning compressor. 1. Undo the upper nut (1a) fixing the pressure pump and fix it using a suitable engine mounting bracket (1b).2. Fit the safety tools (2a) and (2b) for supporting the power unit and connect the rod (2c) to the bracket fitted previously.

Using the rod, raise the engine as necessary to release the timing side rigid power unit support from the stud for the flexible mounting. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the power unit rigid support, timing gear side (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the timing side power unit rigid support (1a) back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1b) the recommended torque.

Using the rod, lower the engine as necessary to insert the timing side power unit rigid support in the stud on the flexible mounting.1. Remove the safety tools (1a) and (1b) used for supporting the power unit.

2. Remove the engine lifting bracket.3. Tighten the upper nut fixing the pressure pump to the recommended torque.

1. Place the air conditioning compressor (1a) back in its housing and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Place the engine oil cooling radiator complete with pipes back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Place the cooling radiator engine oil supply and return pipes mounting bracket back in its housing and secure it using the bolt.Connect the engine oil supply and return pipes to the cooling radiator, oil filter mounting side and secure them using the nuts.Connect the electrical connection to the air conditioning compressor electromagnet coupling.1. Connect the pipe from the air conditioning compressor to the condenser (1a), compressor side and tighten the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the pipe from the expansion valve to the air conditioning compressor (2a), compressor side and tighten the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with refitting - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . Proceed with refitting  - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1076B70  exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r . 1. Undo the nut fixing the timing side rigid power unit support to the flexbile mounting to the specified torque.

Connect the right drive shaft to the intermediate drive shaft.1. Connect the right upper track control arm (1a) to the front steering knuckle and tighten the nut (1b) to the recommended torque.

Proceed with refitting  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T11  engine oil check level and top up . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right side). Proceed with refitting  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
