Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right sides). Proceed with removal  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the removal  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right sides). Proceed with removal  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge . Proceed with removal - 4450B04 right front wheel r r . Proceed with the removal  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (Right side). Proceed with removal  - 1092G10  single engine belt r r . Proceed with removal  - 1092G14  engine component single belt mobile tensioner - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 1092G40  cam belt tensioner - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1092A10  Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R. . Proceed with removal  - 1092G21  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - r rwith belt removed . Proceed with removal  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . Proceed with removal  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1032D12  timing system protective cover(s) - r + r . Proceed with removal  - 1032B10  toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement . Proceed with removal  - 1032B44  toothed drive pulley - r + r with timing belt removed . Proceed with removal  - 1076B70  exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1084A16  oil dip stick pipe - r r . Proceed with removal  - 1020A20  crank case oil sump - r + r clean seals for sealant application . Proceed with removal  - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r . Proceed with removal - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . Proceed with removal  - 1008A46  cam shaft left rigid mount - r r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the front cover (1b) complete with gasket (1c) and oil seal (1d). At the bench, remove the oil seal from the crankshaft front cover. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the front cover (1a), complete with new gasket (1b), and fix it to the cylinder block/crankcase tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

1. Fit a new oil seal (1a) on the front cover using the tool (1b).

Proceed with refitting  - 1032B44  toothed drive pulley - r + r with timing belt removed . Proceed with refitting  - 1032B10  toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement . Proceed with refitting  - 1032D12  timing system protective cover(s) - r + r . Proceed with refitting  - 1008C16  body link bracket - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1008C10  power unit upper reaction link r r . Proceed with refitting  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r . Proceed with refitting  - 1092G21  engine component single belt fixed tensioner - r rwith belt removed . Proceed with refitting  - 1092A10  Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right side). Proceed with refitting  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Left and right side). Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
