Make sure that the ignition
is off (STOP position), then disconnect the negative battery terminal
(refer to op.

).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the exhaust gas headlamp
control unit.

For the main beam headlamp bulb1. Rotate the exhaust gas headlamp control unit in a clockwise direction
to release it from the fastening on the light cluster and move it
as far away as possible.2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the main beam bulb.

3. Rotate the bulb in an anti-clockwise direction and remove it. | If the lamp is working properly,
avoid touching the bulb with your hands. If this does happen, clean
the bulb with alcohol. |
For the direction indicator
bulb1. Rotate the exhaust gas headlamp control unit in a clockwise direction
to release it from the fastening on the light cluster and move it
as far away as possible.2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the direction indicator
bulb.

3. Rotate the bulb in an anti-clockwise direction and remove it.

housing, rotating it in a clockwise direction and connect the electrical

Connect the electrical connection to the
exhaust gas headlamp control unit. - 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal - 5540B38 headlamp/light cluster light beam - position
.

- 7040D12 engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r1. Remove the protective rubber cover.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the bulb.2. Release the bulb retaining clip.3. Extract the bulb. | If the lamp is working properly,
