The full intervention including lid realignment is necessary only when car hinges have been removed.
Removing ( Refitting )  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair - 7025A66  l/h or r/h bonnet lid support damper (one) - r+rHand-tighten the fasteners retaining the hinges to the bonnet and car and then lower the bonnet lid.Check the gap is even and the lid is level with the wings.1. With the aid of a second operator, open the bonnet lid to adjust the gap and level the bonnet lid in relation to the wings. Permitted adjustment movements are indicated by arrows.Close the bonnet and check it is properly aligned.2. Carry out further adjustments if the position is found to be incorrect and then tighten the fastenings to torque.
