Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r . Proceed as follows to remove the left rear side half-cover.1. Undo stud (1a) and bolts (1b), then remove the engine bay left rear side half-cover (1c). Proceed as follows to remove the right rear side half-cover.1. Undo stud (1a) and bolts (1b), then remove the engine bay right rear side half-cover (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the engine bay right rear side half-cover and secure by means of the bolts and stud.Fit the engine bay left rear side half-cover and secure by means of the bolts and stud. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r . Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r rFor the protection on the left side, proceed as follows.1. Working at the bottom of the windscreen on the left hand side, release the retainers for the cover (1b), rotating them. 2. Remove the cover (1b) releasing it from the retainer (2a) and from the seal (2b). 1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the left rear side cover (1b).2. Remove the left rear side cover. For the protection on the right side, proceed as follows.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the right rear side cover (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the cover is undamaged.Place the right cover in position (if removed) and secure it using the bolts.Place the left cover in position (if removed) and secure it using the bolts.Position the cover at the base of the windscreen and attach the retainers rotating them. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r
