2. Undo the nut (2a) and disconnect the connecting rod (2b) from the light cluster alignment front sensor.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the light cluster alignment front sensor (3b).4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the light cluster alignment front sensor mounting bracket (4b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the light cluster alignment front sensor mounting bracket back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Place the light cluster alignment front sensor back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the connecting rod to the light cluster alignment front sensor and secure it using the nut.Connect the electrical connection to the light cluster alignment front sensor.Connect the negative (-) battery terminalRemove the car from the ramps. - 5540B38  headlamp/light cluster light beam - position . Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift and raise it.1. Working under the left front suspension, disconnect the electrical connection for the sensor.

NameConnector
1Front xenon lamps sensor  K28
2. Undo the nut connected to the connecting rod.3. Undo the sensor fixing bolts.4. Recover the sensor.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the sensor is not damaged.Position the sensor and secure it using the bolt.Connect the connecting rod and tighten the nut.Connect the electrical connection. If one of the system components is being replaced (motor, headlamp, sensor, etc.) it is necessary to connect the diagnostic equipment and carry out a self-learning procedure to automatically reset the system which must recognize the correctly aligned headlamp position (position '0') from which to make subsequent adjustments for each headlamp.Remove the car from the ramps.
