) Position the vehicle on the ramp. - 1008C10 power unit upper reaction link r r . - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left). - 7055B39 front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right) - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . - 4410A80 damper lower fork - r r (left). - 2710A10 drive shaft with joints (one), l/h or r/h - r + r (right) - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r . - 2710A30 intermediate drive shaft - r + r with r/h drive shaft removed . - 2710A31 intermediate drive shaft - r r . - 5530A14 alternator - r+r for versions with air conditioner . - 1008A44 rear rigid mount - r r . - 1020A20 crank case oil sump - r + r clean seals for sealant application . 1. Remove the engine oil filter using a suitable tool.2. Undo the centre pin (2a) and disconnect the engine oil heat exchanger (2b) from the crankshaft front cover.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protective cover (1b).2. Fit the flywheel lock.

1. Undo the left bolt (1a) and remove the camshaft drive pulley (1b).

Position a hydraulic jack to support the power unit. - 1008A46 cam shaft left rigid mount - r r . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the crankshaft front cover (1b) complete with gasket.

Remove the oil seal from the crankshaft front cover.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the crankshaft front cover, complete with a new gasket, and fix it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

1. Fit a new crankshaft front oil seal (1a) using the tool (1b).

- 1008A46 cam shaft left rigid mount - r r . Remove the hydraulic jack used for supporting the power unit.1. Fit the timing drive pulley (1a) and fix it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.

Remove the flywheel lock.

Fit the flywheel protective cover and fix it using the bolts.Place the engine oil heat exchanger back in its housing and fix it using the pin.Fit a new oil filter, complete with gasket, and fix it tightening it fully by hand. - 1020A20 crank case oil sump - r + r clean seals for sealant application . - 1008A44 rear rigid mount - r r . - 5530A14 alternator - r+r for versions with air conditioner . - 2710A31 intermediate drive shaft - r r . - 2710A30 intermediate drive shaft - r + r with r/h drive shaft removed . - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r . - 2710A10 drive shaft with joints (one), l/h or r/h - r + r (right) - 4410A80 damper lower fork - r r (left). - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r . - 7055B39 front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r (right) - 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R. (left). - 1008C10 power unit upper reaction link r r . Remove the car from the ramp.
