3314465 - 1820B20 (Pump) - MASTER CYLINDER R.R.

Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left).  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left). Drain the brake-clutch fluid from the reservoir using a suitable syringe.- 7040A60 under facia trim - r+r .  - 5580E12  immobiliser device ecu - r+r following electric circuit check . - 5505C32 (one) securing wiring connectors beneath instrument facia - r r . Remove the split pin and disconnect the master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal.1. Cut the clip and remove the master cylinder guard.2. Remove the clutch pedal switch.
1. Disconnect the hose from the clutch reservoir to the master cylinder on the master cylinder side.2. Disconnect the rigid delivery pipe from the master cylinder.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the master cylinder (3b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the master cylinder and secure it with its nuts.Connect the rigid delivery pipe to the master cylinder and tighten the connector to the specified torque.
