Follow the safety instructions (  See assembly 5040A   air conditioner coolant circuit ).

Removing ( Refitting )  - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling .  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes (1b) from the air conditioning condenser.Recover the O-Ring seals.

Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the condenser (1b) to the engine cooling radiator and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the condenser back in its housing and fix it to the engine coolant radiator using the bolts.Connect the air conditioning condenser inlet and outlet pipes and fix them using the bolts.

Replace the O-Ring seals for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A coolant fluid. Lubricate the threads of the connectors using anti-freeze.

- 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (right and left).  - 7055B10  Front BUMPER - R.R. .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r .  - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling .

Removing ( Refitting ) Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Drain the air conditioning refrigerant  - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling . Proceed with removal  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Proceed with removal - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . Proceed with the removal  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with removal  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with removal  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . Proceed with removal - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and disconnect the coolant inlet and outlet pipes (1b) from the air conditioner condenser.

Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the air conditioner condenser (1b) complete with drier filter. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the air conditioning condenser complete with drier filter back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Connect the coolant inlet and outlet pipes to the air conditioning condenser and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

Replace the O-Ring seals for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A refrigerant. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.

Proceed with refitting - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. . Proceed with refitting  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . Proceed with refitting  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r . Proceed with the refitting  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (Right and left sides). Proceed with refitting - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER . Proceed with refitting  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. . Proceed with refitting  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r . Proceed with refitting  - 7055B39  front additional wheel arch half (one), lh or rh, front element - r r . Fill the air conditioner coolant system  - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling . Connect the negative (-) battery terminal
