Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the lift. - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right).  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 1048B22  air delivery sleeve from heat exchanger to intake manifold - r + r .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair . - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace . 1. Remove the buttons (1a) fixing the lower bumper using the tool (1b).

2. Undo the nuts securing the mounting bracket for the air filter and heat exchanger.
 - 5540D10  l/h or r/h fog lamp (one) - r+r (left). 1. Working through the fog light housing, undo the bolt (1a) and remove the heat exchanger air duct (1b).
1. Disconnect the air supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.2. Undo the bolt for the mounting bracket securing the air conditioning system pipe to the suspension frame.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the bracket (3b) for the heat exchanger.4. Undo the bolt (4a) and remove the mounting bracket for the air filter and heat exchanger (4b).
1. Remove the air/air supercharging heat exchanger.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the air/air supercharging heat exchanger back in its housing.Fit the mounting bracket for the air filter and air/air heat exchanger and fix it using the bolt.Fit the bracket on the heat exchanger and fix it using the bolts.Tighten the bolt securing the mounting bracket for the air conditioning system to the suspension frame.Connect the air supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.Working in the fog light housing, fit the heat exchanger air duct and fix it using the bolt. - 5540D10  l/h or r/h fog lamp (one) - r+r (left). Tighten the nuts securing the mounting bracket for the air filter and heat exchanger.Fit the lower bumper fixing buttons. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace . - 7090G06 HEADLAMP HOUSING CONNECTING CROSSMEMBER - Replace. .  - 7025A34  bonnet lid lock (one) - r+r or repair .  - 7055A43  central front grille - r r .  - 7055A41  RIGHT FRONT GRILLE - R.R. .  - 7040D14  engine bay rear side cover (one) lh or rh - r r .  - 1048B22  air delivery sleeve from heat exchanger to intake manifold - r + r .  - 7040D30  engine bay front beam cover - r r .  - 7040D12  engine front side cover (one) lh or rh - r r (left and right). Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
