1. Position a suitable bracket (1a) and anchor it to the hook of the crossmember (1b) previously positioned to support the power unit.
1. Unscrew nuts (1a) securing the flexible block (1b) to the timing end engine mount and remove it.
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the rigid engine mount (1b).
1. Rotate the crankshaft until the reference on the driven pulley (1a) lines up with the reference on the cylinder head (1b) and the reference on the drive pulley (1c) lines up with the reference (1d) located on the oil pump casing. 2. Undo the fixing nut (2a) and loosen the timing belt moving tensioner (2b).3. Prise off and remove the toothed timing belt.
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Before fitting the toothed timing belt, check that the references are lined up, making sure that the mark present on the driven pulley (1a) lines up with the mark on the cylinder head (1b) and that the mark on the drive pulley (1c) lines up with the reference (1d) located on the oil pump casing. If the references marks do not line up, move both the crankshaft and the camshaft very small amounts until the marks line up.
1. Fit the toothed timing belt.2. Position the tool (2a) and using a torque wrench (2b) preload the timing belt moving tensioner (2c) and loosely tighten the fixing nut (2d).

Rotate the crankshaft through two revolutions and check that the references on the driven pulley and the drive pulley coincide with the fixed references on the cylinder head and the oil pump casing, respectively. 1. Measure the tension on the slack branch (1a) of the toothed timing belt using the special tool (1b).
Keep the measuring instrument's sensor at a distance of about 1 cm from the belt.
