169000686 - Z86 SOLENOID VALVE OVERHEATING ERROR

The diagnostic equipment signals the following error "C1098 - Solenoid valves overheating"

This error is signalled if they are activated for too long in order to preserve them.

1	SOLENOID VALVE COOLING	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Avoid activating the solenoids with the diagnostic tester for a few minutes.Blow on the electrohydraulic control unit with compressed air	Move on to Step 2 1
2	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Delete the errors using the diagnostic equipment.Carry out a road test    See Test 3340OA A.B.S. SYSTEM ACTUATION CHECKto ensure that the control unit checks whether there are any errors still present.Return to the workshop and check that the fault is no longer present using the diagnostic equipment	End of diagnosis
