) Place the car on a ramp.Remove the left front wheel. - 4450B02 left front wheel r rOr the right front wheel. - 4450B04 right front wheel r rRemove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve.Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Operate the brake pedal until the brake fluid reservoir is empty.1. Unscrew fixing spring (1a) and undo brake pipe connector (1b).2. Release the brake pipe rubber retainer (2a) from the seating (2b) on the shock absorber.3. Unscrew the bolt (3a) and remove the complete front brake caliper assembly (3b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the front brake caliper on the disc.Tighten the brake caliper to torque by tightening the bolt to the bracket.

Tighten the pipe connector to torque, secure the pipe on the suspension strut and fit the brake pipe fixing clip.

- 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed airFit the left front wheel. - 4450B02 left front wheel r rFit the right front wheel. - 4450B04 right front wheel r rRemove the vehicle from the lift.
