If the toe in is not within the recommended limits, proceed with its adjustment following the instructions given below.

ADJUSTMENT OF TOE INMake sure that the steering wheel is perfectly straight and lock it in this position using a suitable tool.Loosen the bands securing the boots to the rods.1. Loosen the nuts fastening the adjustble steering rods.2. Tighten or loosen the steering links until the toe in is correct keeping the front wheels aligned.

Tighten the nuts fastening the adjustble steering rods to torque.

The front wheel caster cannot be adjusted. If the figure does not correspond to the vales given, check the suspension track control arm and the bodyshell.

Carry out the preliminary checks on the vehicle and remove any loads transported.Position the vehicle (in running order) on the lift equipped with optical test equipment. 1. Check that the front wheel caster, on vehicles equipped with mechanical steering, is within the recommended limits.

CAMBER CHECK
