Removing ( Refitting )  - 7040L42  sill plate connection of one front door (1), lh or rh - r r - 7040L40  front compartment scuff strip - r rRelease the front and rear door housing seals as necessary in order to be able to release the pillar trim lower element.1. Undo the rear panel fixing bolt.Move the seat belt lower branch aside.2. Release the fixing buttons using the special tool.

3. Release the centre pillar trim lower element and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Move the seat belt lower branch aside.1. Place the centre pillar trim lower element (1a) in position fitting the pins (1b) in the special openings (1c) and securing them using the special fixing buttons. 2. Tighten the rear panel fixing bolt.
